Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at a bookmakers in Shipley yesterday.
Airedale and North Bradford CID would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident at a premises on Bingley Road, Shipley at about 6.30pm yesterday (Thursday 26 May).
It occured after two masked men entered the premises and threatened a customer and then staff inside while demanding money.
The customer replied that he did not have any cash however and after a few seconds both men fled empty handed.
No-one was injured in the incident and the men fled the scene in a blue Renault Clio.
One of the men was described as white, around 20 years old and of a skinny build with a covered face, possibly by a scarf or balaclava. The other man was wearing dark clothing.
