John Joseph Duggan was arrested by North Wales Police on Friday 11 May 2018.
He was sentenced in his absence at Leeds Crown Court on 26 April 2018, to 66 months imprisonment.
Duggan, 58, of Kent Road North, Harrogate, failed to appear at Leeds Crown Court on 6 March 2018 in relation to a fraud hearing and a warrant for his arrest was issued by the court.
