Victoria car park off East Parade and Jubilee Car Park on Union Street in Harrogate are now open for the public to use.
The car parks were due to be closed to the public all day today for a conference at the Harrogate International Centre.
All spaces are not now required and as a consequence they are now available for general parking
Initially clouded in mystery and now someone seems to have overreacted. We have had many big conferences in the past, so what was this all about?
