Police were called at 9.38am on Sunday 8 May 2016 after a collision on Woodfield Road in Harrogate.
It involved a Ford Fiesta and a motorcycle. The rider of the motorbike was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary with a broken leg, the car driver was uninjured.
Any witnesses who have not already spoken to the police are asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 2 and ask for Harrogate Roads Policing Group.
