Fire crews attended a fire on Wedderburn Lodge, off Wetherby Road in Harrogate.
The incident called for fire pumps from Harrogate and Knaresborough to attend the residential property after reports of smoke coming from a bedroom, with possible persons reported to be still in the building.
Upon arrival, all persons were out of the building and accounted for.
The fire in a ground floor bedroom was dealt with by 2 fire fighters wearing breathing apparatus with a single hose reel jet.
Police and Ambulance also in attendance.
