West Yorkshire Fire Service attended a house fire in Pool-in-Wharfedale at 22:53 on 14 April 2016.
One male occupant had been rescued by neighbours, suffering 25% burns and the fire service rescued a further female adult and child.
All casualties were unconscious when rescued and were transported to hospital by Ambulance
Smoke detection was installed in the property but not working.
Appliances from Otley, Rawdon and Cookridge attended along with a fire investigation officer.
