After a half time talk to lift the girls and check on the two injuries now being carried by two defenders Railway started with purpose and Nicola Hadley was looking good in front of goal but just couldn’t beat the last line of defence. Oughtibridge soon got into their stride and on 54 and 60 minutes had bagged two more to make it 5-1.
With as much encouragement as possible coming from the side lines the Railway Ladies really did suck up a lot of pressure for the rest of the game and showed great resolve in holding the score line to the end.
