Ortus Homes’ Bewick Grange development has received a commendation in the ‘Best Site’ award category of the prestigious NHBC Health and Safety awards.
The national awards scheme aims to recognise and reward housebuilders with exceptional health and safety standards, helping to drive up safety standards in the industry by showcasing best practice.
After a record number of entries, Bewick Grange’s Site Manager, Dave Haigh, scooped a commendation in the ‘Best Site’ category after being selected by an independent judging panel, and following multiple inspection visits carried out by NHBC Health and Safety advisors.
Now that the first-round winners have been announced, Bewick Grange will go on to compete for the Highly Commended, Regional and National titles to be announced at the Awards Gala Lunch on 3 July 2015.
