Brackenfield School took part I the world’s biggest coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research on Friday 26 September 2014.
Year 6 pupils planned and ran their own stalls including Find the Treasure , Name the Teddies, cake stalls and pre-loved books and toys stalls. There were also a wide range of craft stalls.
Each class was able to spend time enjoying the activities. The morning started with an assembly on Macmillan Cancer Research where children learnt all about the charity and of course, plenty of coffee for parents. A big thank you goes to Mrs. Cornock, Mrs. Titchmarsh and Year 6 Form Tutor, Mrs. Sowa for organising such a successful event.
