Borough Councillor Helen Flynn and Lib Dem Prospective MP for Harrogate & Knaresborough has just completed the Great North Run
Helen completed the course in 2 hours 28 minutes and raised money for Henshaws in Knaresborough.
Helen said: I have raised over £550 so far and still going.
It was such a hot day and the first time I have run a half marathon.
It was worth it, but I think I will stick to 10ks from now on!
