A 40-year-old man from Leeds is due to appear at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 16 April 2014) charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
The appearance follows a burglary in Richmond on Monday 14 April 2014, and the theft of car in West Tanfield, Ripon, containing police staff uniform and a cocker spaniel, later the same day.
Also appearing at the court is a 45-year-old Harrogate man charged with burglary and dangerous driving.
