The former Summerbridge Fire Station is anticipated to receive a high level of interest when it goes to auction later this month.
Both property and land are being offered on behalf of the North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and will feature in the Leeds auction on Tuesday 29 April.
The end terrace former station will go under the hammer with a guide price of £120,000 with the land opposite, which lies adjacent to the B6165 and surrounding woodland, being guided at £10,000 plus.
Paul Thompson, Director and auctioneer at Pugh & Company said: We anticipate a high level of interest for this unique former fire station property which due to its location and development potential will attract both developers and potential owner occupiers from the local area.
