Harrogate Police are appealing for witnesses after a car collided with a post box in the town.
It happened at around 7.40pm on Saturday 28 December 2013.
A black Ford Fiesta was travelling along Oatlands Drive, towards Hookstone Drive, when the driver had to swerve to avoid a small silver hatchback which was travelling in the opposite direction.
As a result, the Fiesta driver lost control and collided with a post box on the other side of the road.
The driver of the Fiesta and his two passengers suffered minor injuries in the collision and were treated at the scene by paramedics.
At the time of the incident, the hatchback was overtaking a silver Vauxhall Astra. Officers are appealing to the drivers of both vehicles to come forward as they may have information which can help the investigation.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw any of the vehicles prior to the collision is also urged to get in touch.
