The Harrogate & Ripon CVS are appealing to people in the Harrogate District to vote for them in a national competition to win a new website.
The competition is run by Nudge Kindness and the CVS need as many votes as possible before Christmas Eve in order to win.
Chief Exec Karen Weaver explains:
Harrogate & Ripon CVS have a growing waiting list of charities and community groups that want to access our services. During 2014 we want to help more groups by putting more of our information online so charities and community groups can access information whenever they want. But to do this we need a new website.
We would really appreciate it if local people could get behind us and support hundreds of charities and community groups in the area by voting for the Harrogate & Ripon CVS to win the website. It doesn’t take long to vote and if we won it would be like an early Christmas present!
