An alleged dog attack has taken place near to the ASDA food store in Harrogate.
The incident took place on 2 October 2013 at around 10:45pm near to the car park entrance of the shop.
The 35-year-old local man received serious injuries to his face from a dog and was transferred to Harrogate Hospital for treatment.
15 stitches were needed with further specialist treatment now planned in Leeds – he has also been off work since the incident.
