Harrogate district’s talented youngsters in both the sporting and art world have received grants from Harrogate Borough Council.
The council set up the ‘Centenary Grants’ funding stream in 1984 to celebrate its centenary and since then nearly 600 talented young people have benefited
In total, 31 grants were awarded this year for outstanding achievement and progression in their chosen discipline.
