Traffic – section of A59 closed

The A59 is currently closed between Bolton Abbey roundabout and the B6451 (near Menwith Hill)

Police have advised it is likely to be closed for 4 hours (until 11pm 22 March 2013)

Road conditions are treacherous and an HGV lorry has jackknifed.
