Harrogate solicitors, Barber Titleys, has strengthened its team with a new senior appointment.
Simon Berger an experienced civil litigation lawyer, has joined the practice based in North Park Road as a senior solicitor.
A well-known local lawyer, Simon Berger has been a solicitor and partner in two Harrogate practices and has also worked for firms throughout Yorkshire. As well as being a civil litigator, he is a member of national matrimonial law body, Resolution, previously the Solicitors Family Law Association and has been a member of Harrogate and District Law Society since 1985.
He is also actively involved in Harrogate Choral Society and Harrogate Operatic Players, & is a presenter on Harrogate Hospital Radio. He lives in Wetherby.
Barber Titleys, which has 28 staff, has specialist strengths in planning, commercial, residential and agricultural property, family law, private and charitable trust services and all matters relating to wills and inheritance planning. Simon will be adding his experience to the firm’s growing specialist area of probate and trust litigation.
