Quest PR in Harrogate has further expanded its experienced team with the appointment of Carol Arthur as a senior account director.
A former journalist with over a decade of in house and agency public relations, Carol has worked in implementing public relations and communications’ campaigns across sectors including professional services, education and charities.
A trustee of mental health charity Leeds Mind, Carol joins Quest from Northern Lights PR. She is a former chair of the Chartered Institute of PR in Yorkshire & Lincolnshire and sits on the employer advisory board of the PR degree programmes at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Carol has provided PR support to a number of Harrogate charities, including Harrogate Homeless Project, Disability Action Yorkshire and Harrogate CVS.
Quest donates hundreds of pro-bono days to boost funds for worthy organisations including Candlelighters and Henshaws.
