Police investigating the alleged racially aggravated assault which occurred in Thirsk on Friday 6 July 2012, have arrested a third man in connection with the incident.
The 21-year-old from Ripon was arrested on Tuesday 10 July 2012. He has now been released on police bail to allow for further police enquiries.
