The North Yorkshire Police have today issued the following statement regarding a 12 year old boy who was found deceased by paramedics.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said:
Police were called at 9.20pm on Wednesday 27 June 2012, following the report of the sudden death of a 12-year-old boy at an address on Duncan street, Harrogate. The boy was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and no-one else is being sought in connection with the incident.
Police officers are working with the family to provide support at this very difficult time.
A file will be prepared on behalf of the coroner.
