Harrogate Town football club midfielder and Captain Michael Brough was involved in a serious car accident on the evening of the 9 April 2012.
Michael was airlifted to hospital following the accident and received treatment. He has since been released from hospital and is now recovering at home.
Manager, Simon Weaver has been in contact with Michael since the accident, and although it looks like his injuries will keep him from playing for the remainder of the season, Harrogate Town have said they are all very grateful that the outcome was not far worse.
Harrogate Town AFC have given their thanks to the emergency medical staff who were involved in treating Michael.
