Harrogate Theatre has secured one of the world’s best-loved entertainers – Elaine Paige – to perform an exclusive one-off concert at Harrogate’s Royal Hall on Wednesday 4 April.
An award-winning actress, singer, producer and radio presenter Elaine Paige has made a unique and major contribution to the development and production of the stage musical. Famous for her countless successes in the West End, this concert sees Elaine celebrate her love of jazz classics in her own unique style in a headline performance featuring a range of classic jazz songs and contemporary numbers.
A thrilling live performer, Elaine has performed in concert all over the world; she has recorded 21 solo albums and earned eight consecutive gold and four multi-platinum discs and has achieved chart topping hits including Memory, Don’t Cry For Me Argentina and I Know Him So Well which have become her signatures. Elaine also continues to be one of the star presenters on BBC Radio 2 with her ownlunchtime show, Elaine Paige On Sunday, which regularly attracts more than 2 million listeners.
