This site is to be found just down the road from Scarborough Beach. It offers a variety of camping experiences, encompassing both traditional and ‘glamping’ options. Camp Kátur
This luxury glamping site is a popular wedding venue, thanks largely to its focus on stunning backdrops and luxury. The Hideaway at Baxby Manor
This gorgeous little site actually scooped campsite of the year at the Yorkshire Post’s 2022 Tourism Awards. Take a look at the range of options, and it’s easy to see why. The latest glamping cabin, the Kabinas, includes air-source heat pumps, super-king beds, an outdoor fire pit and a hot tub. Of course, the major selling point here is that the site itself is built into the amazing Baxby Manor estate, which has stood since the Medieval era.
Hooks House Farm
This campsite offers a range of camping plots, as well as a self-catering cottage for up to six people. It’s nestled just a short distance from the Moors, and offers spectacular views of the adjoining Robin Hood’s Bay. There are many beaches within easy reach, so this is a perfect staging ground for those looking to explore Whitby, Scarborough, and everything in between.
