Football fans attending Sunday’s friendly fixture between Leeds United and Newcastle United are being urged by the West Yorkshire Police to allow extra time when travelling to Elland Road.
A crowd of around 20,000 is expected for the match, which kicks off at 2pm, and a special football bus service will run between Sovereign Street in the city centre and Elland Road to get fans to and from the ground.
However, this will be a reduced service compared to the one provided during Saturday and midweek league fixtures, and fans are encouraged to allow more time to get to the ground to ensure they do not miss the kick off.
