The Boroughbridge Juniors under 12s boys football team has been given an early Christmas present with the delivery of new football kits, courtesy of sponsorship from The Martin Bell Partnership which provides strategic and practical support for healthcare, healthcare IT and general business support.
The sponsorship sees the team wear The Martin Bell Partnership logo on their team kit.
The under 12s team competes in the Harrogate and District Junior Football League and has 14 players in the squad from Boroughbridge and surrounding towns.
Martin Bell, said:
I am delighted to be able to sponsor the team. The boys really deserve this. They have worked so hard this season and coped with everything that this year has thrown at them by the pandemic. Hopefully new kits will not only mean that they look the part, it will boost confidence and pride in playing for their club when they playing across Harrogate and further afield.
Chris Fahy, Boroughbridge Juniors FC chairman added:
Without the support of the community and sponsorship from organisations like The Martin Bell Partnership we wouldn’t have such a thriving club, so we thank them for their support. That support allows us to provide football experiences for more than 120 children aged six to 16 years.
The team is always open to new players. People interested in bringing their child to a training session can get in touch by contacting boroughbridgejuniors@gmail.com, via the club Facebook page or by visiting the club website.
Boroughbridge JFC is an FA Charter Standard club, providing high quality football experiences for children aged six to 16. Games and training sessions take place at Boroughbridge High School and Boroughbridge AFC on Aldborough Road on Saturday and Sunday mornings. All coaches are FA-qualified and background-checked. The focus of training is on developing football skills, creativity, building confidence levels, working hard, having fun and respecting each other.
Well done! A local company supporting a junior football team is great news for all.
