North Yorkshire Police have said they are attending reports of a suspicious vehicle on Victoria Avenue, Harrogate.
They have requested that members of the public to avoid the area for the time being, and that the are very grateful for patience and understanding.
Update 12:40 the road has now re-opened, and the police have left the scene.
