A 67 year-old Bingley man was arrested (12 June 2022) on suspicion of outraging public decency and breaching a sexual harm prevention order after he was reported to be exposing himself in Harrogate’s Valley Gardens.
Police have given their thanks to the public that alerted them.
He was subsequently charged with the two offences and was remanded in custody to appear at York Magistrates’ Court.
