A cat has returned home to their family home with a zip-tie fixed around its abdomen.
The cat is owned by Heidi Davaux, who lives on Wedderburn Avenue in the Starbeck area of Harrogate.

Zoom is a very friendly cat, and we don’t understand why someone would do this.
Luckily he looks unharmed, but keep an eye on your cats if you live in this area!
