Following the death of County Councillor Geoff Webber, a by-election has been called for the vacant Harrogate Bilton and Nidd Gorge division of North Yorkshire County Council.
The by-election is being run on behalf of the County Council by Harrogate Borough Council.
Nomination papers are available during normal office hours from the Deputy County Returning Officer at Harrogate Borough Council, Civic Centre, St Lukes Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE.
Completed nomination papers must be delivered by hand to the Deputy County Returning Officer at the same address between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. The deadline to submit a valid nomination paper is 4pm on 8 April 2021.
If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 6 May, 2021.
