North Yorkshire Police have now completed the move into a new dedicated station in Pateley Bridge.
It will form the base location for PC Bill Hickson, the beat constable for the Nidderdale and Mashamshire areas.
For those that know Pateley Bridge, the new station is in the old Workhouse building, and can be accessed through the car park, towards the back.
It will be a base for PC Hickson as well as other officers that may use it as needed. It has 4 desk spaces, an area to meet visitors, a kitchen and shower facility.
Due to resourcing it can’t man a full-time counter but they work to the “if we are in, we are open” – you can of course arrange time at the station, if needed.
