Police are appealing for witnesses after a road traffic collision on Harewood Avenue at its junction with Moor Lane, Leeds earlier today.
The incident happened at 08:20am and involved a cyclist and a Volkswagen Golf. Both vehicles were travelling along (A659) from the direction of Harewood and towards Wetherby when they were in collision.

As a result the male cyclist was left with serious head injuries.
