A61 closed following single vehicle collision and person trapped

Emergency Services  responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on the A61 this morning – 5am, 12 July 2019.

The incident was on the A61, betwween Pannal and Harewood, at the junction of Dunkeswick Lane.

The driver of the vehicle was trapped and the road was closed.

The driver was taken to hospital  and initial reports suggest significant but not life threatening.

The road was re-opened by 7.50am.
