Police are investigating after a cycle was stolen from outside the Tewitt Well Store on Leeds Road in Harrogate.
It happened at 7:10am on 16 November 2018
Video shows an individual taking the cycle and he needs to be identified.
An investigation is ongoing and anyone with information should call 101, quoting 12180214208.
