Financial.Force.com, a rapidly expanding San Francisco-based tech company, has almost doubled its space at its Harrogate satellite office.
The company, based at 2 Cardale Park, Beckwith Head Road, now occupies 17, 624 sq ft of quality office space on two floors and employs more than 200 staff. It had previously occupied the 10,500 sq ft ground floor.
The Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank advised Financial.Force.com on the company’s expansion at Cardale Park.
The landlord is Unit 4 Software Ltd, based in Bristol.
Richard Clark, partner at Knight Frank’s Leeds office, explained that Knight Frank had advised Financial.Force.com on the transaction at 2 Cardale Park.
Richard Clark commented:
This is a tremendous success story, underlining both the company’s success and Harrogate’s attraction as an office location, which is often compared unfavourably with Leeds. In reality, Harrogate is an emerging office market, hampered only by a lack of stock.
Letty Ledbetter, Vice President, Global Communicationsof Financial.Force.com, which also has a UK office in Bishopsgate in London, explained:
We’re excited to build on the company’s explosive growth, exemplified by the bigger Harrogate offices, and look forward to additional global expansion

Good to see that the landlord isn’t a slum one :) however it would be nice if you got their name right:
It’s not Unit 4 Software ltd
It is Unit4 Business Software ltd
