The General Purpose Committee of Harrogate Borough Council will hear a report by the Monitoring Officer in respect of a professional standards complaint against Councillor Nigel Simms.
Councillor Nigels Simms represents the Conservative Party for the ward of Masham.
Harrogate Borough Council have declined to give details of the complaint and it is possible that it will be heard in exempt sessions on the 1 March 2018, excluding public and press.
