York Police are appealing for information to identify a 2-year-old boy who was found in the Ostman Road area of Acomb in York at around 7am this morning, Sunday 19 March 2017.
Update 19 March 2017 at 09:50 – the child’s parents have now been located.
The boy, who is currently being cared for by officers, is thought to be between 18 months to 2-years-old and is wearning red pyjamas with figures on.
