Paul Starr was arrested at about 2.45pm today (4 October 2016) on the A1(M) near Wetherby, on suspicion of making threats to kill – He is now in police custody.
Police in York had issued an urgent appeal to locate Mr Starr, aged 35, following alleged threats he is suspected of making towards a number of individuals.
