Harrogate Borough Councillor (Rossett) and Cabinet member, Rebecca Burnett will this evening face a committee following a complaint around her professional conduct.
The complaint has been received from a member of the public.
Ms Burnett is a member of the Council Executive Committee as Cabinet Member for Planning and Sustainable Transport.
The General Purposes Committee will meet at Crescent Gardens offices on 17 August 2016, at 5pm when they will hear evidence alleging that she breached the members code of conduct (Standards Complaint SB 2015-8).
The meeting is a public meeting, but details of the complaint have not been released.
