At 11am on Sunday, 10 July 2016, over 1,000 runners and walkers set off for the Harrogate Race for Life.
The event will raise over £80,000 for Cancer Research, but organisers have asked those that just take part, but don’t raise any money, to also raise and contribute what they can.
The route started from the deer park in the grounds of Ripley Castle, wound its way through the castle courtyard and out around the lake.
