At around 11.30am on 5 December 2015, police received a report of a serious fire at Fisher Court in Ripon.
The cause of the fire was arson. The property in which the arson was committed is multi-occupancy residential property and the fire potentially could have harmed a number of people.
The fire was started at around 9:30am and Police are keen to speak to the two people shown in these CCTV stills.
A 20 year old man was arrested in connection with the incident but released without charge.
