Police are appealing for witnesses after fatal road traffic collision occurred on the A682 between Gisburn and Nappa.
A 44-year-old man from the Manchester area died following the incident at 7pm on Tuesday 21 June, 2016.
He was the second of two motorcyclists travelling towards Long Preston when the collision occurred near to Hayber Farm.
Officers are not yet in a position to name the deceased rider and investigations remain ongoing.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the motorcyclists prior to the collision, the collision itself, or who came upon the scene shortly afterwards to get in touch.
