Mr and Miss Harrogate Fitness will this week showcase the premier physiques in the town.
Jonathan Walker is the owner of Gambaru gym and event organiser. Jontathan says that this year is looking even more exciting than last year. Gambaru will closing at 2pm on 9 June 2016, when the main training room will be cleared and stage area setup.
David Steca, owner of Steca Barbering shops is also an event organiser and sponsor.

Gambaru is a gym for everyone, especially with our more recent developments of 24 hour training and the ladies-only gym.
We have many that train to a very high level and this competition is about celebrating all that hard work.
The competition is open to all and will feature categories such as Mr Athletic, Chins and Dips, Under 18’s, Under 21’s, beach body, over 50’s and Guest Pose.
The standard is always incredible high and will see some of the best physiques.
We are still accepting entries and tickets are available from the Gambaru reception. The event has always been a sell out though, so be quick.
Categories on the night also include bikini class and ladies toned figure. Also judging will be by 5 world class judges .
Event starts at 7pm , doors open from 6pm – Nutrition Joes cafe open from 8am-11pm that night
Tickets on door for £12.50 and £10 in advance.
