Acclaimed Harrogate salon Halo has unveiled a new name and a new image in celebration of a new era of the business.
The salon, situated in Leeds Roadm has been renamed ‘Joseph Ferraro Hair’ after its talented founder, Joseph Ferraro.
After 9 years of success, Joseph felt it was the right time to make the change.
Joseph said:
Halo was an amazing start and I’m so thankful for the success of the business.
Our industry is all about passion and I wanted the salon to reflect the love I have for my work, as well as the expertise and experience I bring.
Changing the name to my own seemed liked a natural progression and also gives us the distinct advantage of being unique. In the past, we have been confused with other salons sharing the same name, which can compromise the quality of our business, changing to Joseph Ferraro Hair overcomes that problem.
With the new name comes a modern new logo and revamp for the salon. The theme is Home-from-home comfort with quality furnishings and rustic materials that offer a welcome change from the minimal, sometimes intimidating spaces seen elsewhere.
The changes coincide with the opening of a second salon. Joseph has joined forces with employee Nicola Rayner to secure a site in the town centre, offering all the benefits of Joseph Ferraro Hair in a more intimate setting. Final preparations are being made before the salon opens for business later this Summer.
It’s certainly been a busy few months for the JFH team; last month, Elaine Sneddon and Natalie Garcia Sanz were named as finalists in this year’s Wella TrendVision UK Award, one of the industry’s most prestigious competitions. They’ll now compete in the national final this October at London’s famous Roundhouse venue.
