A Harrogate accountancy firm’s commitment to fostering bright new talent has paid off with four if its trainees celebrating exam success.
For Peter Nicholson the latest tests marked the end of a comprehensive training programme with DSC Accountants, qualifying him as a fully fledged accountant.
Peter intends to remain with the firm to develop his experience and progress his career.
Three other DSC trainees, Mary Dootson, Sean Rushton and Jack Baker have also passed the latest sections of their professional exams, bringing them a step closer to qualification.
Director John Garbutt said:
We believe strongly that firms like ours need to invest in training and development to create the region’s next generation of professionals.
We are delighted that our trainees are progressing so well and we are pleased that Peter has chosen to stay with us as he embarks on the next stage of his accountancy career.
