Customers vote Bridgfords Knaresborough as best estate agent in Yorkshire at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2016.
Leading local estate agent Bridgfords in Knaresborough is celebrating after winning the coveted gold award in the Yorkshire region category at this year’s ESTAS, the prestigious Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2016.
Bridgfords is part of Countrywide, the UK’s largest estate agent and property services group, which also scooped the gold awards for Best Large Estate Agency Group and Best Large Letting Agency Group.
Presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer, the ceremony was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and attended by 900 of the UK’s top estate and letting agents and suppliers to the industry.
The ESTAS awards, now celebrating their 13th year, are the only industry awards based purely on the votes of buyers, sellers and landlords. The annual awards recognise the best offices in the UK for delivering outstanding customer service and customers are asked to vote for estate and letting agents based on their experience in 2015.
Hundreds of agents from across the UK took part and over 30,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition, making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.
