Two weeks of fantastic family fundays are on offer in Knaresborough this Easter as the council’s community centre and swimming pool host a series of events to keep the kids busy – and happy – over the school holidays.
At the community centre on Stockwell Avenue, funday sessions include a Disney Day, ‘Ready, steady, cook’, den building and junk modelling.
And on Friday 8 April the centre’s promising ‘Mad and messy mayhem’ – one surely not to be missed!
Suitable for school years 1-6, there’s a choice of booking for a full day or a half day – with a packed lunch needed for the full day option. Full day sessions (8.30am-3.30pm) cost just £12 and half days 8.30am-12pm or 12pm-3.30pm) cost £6.50.
The child care sessions are Ofsted registered, and childcare vouchers can be used.

Knaresborough Pool on King James Road is also joining in the school holiday fun, with a special Easter programme from Friday 25 March until Sunday 10 April this year. In amongst its regular sessions are family fun sessions and swim & slides.
