Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co has been instructed to sell Salsa Posada in Harrogate.
Located on Mayfield Grove, the restaurant has been serving up authentic Mexican food for the past 25 years under the ownership of prolific Harrogate restaurateurs The Damn Yankee Co, which has recently opened NJ’s on Station Parade accompanying the expansion of the Gambaru gym.
Mick and Nicola Triffitt, who are the current operators, comment:
We have really enjoyed running Salsa Posada for the last 14 years as it has a great following amongst locals who we’ve got to know over the years and is a popular place on the restaurant scene of Harrogate.
Generations of customers have been coming since it opened 29 years ago so it has a lot of history.
We now feel it’s time to sell so we can focus more on our new and other existing businesses.
