The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Pinewoods Conservation Group will be held on the 10 March 2016, 7.15pm at the Harlow Community Centre (Green Hut) on Harlow Avenue, Harrogate.
The Agenda for the meeting is attached below as are the Minutes of last years AGM.
Anyone wishing to join the Committee must send the Nomination Form back to the secretary by Sunday 6 March 2016.
The guest speaker this year is Digby Angus who will be talking about the bats in the Pinewoods. He is the licensed bat handler that cleans out and surveys the bat boxes in the Pinewoods.
The committee are looking forward in seeing as many members and future members as possible.
