This is an update in relation to the sexual assault in the Valley Gardens, Harrogate on 16 February 2016.
A 14-year-old was subject to a serious sexual assault.
On Friday 19 February, Police investigating the incident arrested a second man, aged 25 from the Harrogate area.
Both this man and the man arrested on 17 February, remain on police bail while the investigation continues.
